If you can’t sign — a link that won’t open, a code that never arrived, or a form that won’t load — first check that you opened the exact link your leader shared and look for the sign-in code in your spam folder. If you’re still stuck, email support@clearedfor.org with the activity name and the email address you used, and we’ll sort it out. If you don’t have an email address, ask your leader for a paper copy of the form.

To report misuse — a fraudulent activity, an organization or form that shouldn’t be here, or anything that puts a young person at risk — email support@clearedfor.org with “Abuse report” in the subject and as much detail as you can. We review every report.
To access, export, correct, or delete your data, see your rights and how to exercise them on our Privacy Policy. Those requests go to the privacy address listed there so we can verify them properly.
