ClearedFor

For youth pastors & ministry leadersconsent for the lock-insigned before Friday night

Every family signed off before the retreat.

Post the retreat, lock-in, or mission trip once, and each family reviews and e-signs your permission slip and medical form for their youth — on their phone, in about a minute. You watch who's cleared on a live board and carry an emergency packet on the trip. Bring your own forms: upload each once and reuse it.

AUG–SEP

Fall kickoff

A new ministry year means a new roster. Post your standing participation and medical forms once so families sign as they join, not in a scramble the week of the first lock-in.

JAN–MAR

Summer-trip planning

Mission trips and summer camp get planned in the winter. Line up the permission slips, medical forms, and any trip-specific waiver early, and watch clearances come in before deposits are due.

Run one activity for your standing forms, or one per event.
The forms you already useUPLOAD ONCE

The forms a youth ministry already passes around — e-signed in one flow:

Participation permission slip
Your consent for the lock-in, retreat, service project, or mission trip — the parent e-signs it for their youth.
Medical & allergy form
Your health form for the trip. A family's saved profile autofills the medical, allergy, and emergency-contact details each time.
Photo / media release
Permission to use photos from the event in your bulletin, socials, or recap — signed once with the rest of the set.
Activity waiver
Add a trip-specific waiver for a higher-risk outing — whitewater, climbing, or overseas travel. Required forms clear together.
You upload your congregation's own forms — ClearedFor doesn't supply or change them.
How it mapsONE MODEL
The org
The congregation or its youth ministry is the organization. Youth leaders are leaders; each family signs for their youth.
An activity
A lock-in, a weekend retreat, a service project, or a mission trip — one activity per event.
Required set
The set you require: your permission slip and medical form, plus any activity waiver. A youth is cleared once every required item is signed.
Cleared means every required item is done — nothing implied.

Post your next event free.
