You become a credit source that funds its units — the troops, congregations, schools, or teams — as recipients. One budget covers every unit, and parents never pay a cent.

Each unit pays its own way first: A recipient spends its own credits first and only draws on your balance when it runs out — so a unit that funds itself keeps doing so.
See who spent what: You see, per recipient, how many of your credits each unit has used — budget oversight, without touching anyone's activities or roster.
One level, kept simple: You fund your units directly. There are no chains of orgs funding other orgs — it stays one level deep.
Pay how you buy: Buy a large pool once and draw it down across every unit. A large umbrella can pay by invoice, purchase order, or bank transfer.

Each unit spends its own credits first, and only draws on yours when its balance runs out.

Standardize the formsSHARE DOWN

Share your standard templates — the activity consent, medical form, or media release your units should all be using — down the same link. A unit doesn’t sign your document; it adopts its own copy.

A unit adopts its own copy: When a unit adopts a shared template, ClearedFor copies it into that unit's own library as its own document of record. The unit publishes and its families sign that copy.
Your later edits don't rewrite theirs: Because each unit holds its own copy, revising your template later never changes a form a unit has already published or that families have already signed.
Adopting is the unit's choice: You offer a template; the unit chooses to adopt it. A unit's own form always wins — sharing standardizes the starting point, it doesn't overwrite local forms.

Sharing credits and sharing forms are two independent switches on the same link — turn on either, both, or neither.

What stays with each unitBY AGREEMENT

An umbrella funds and shares. It does not take over a unit. The link is set up by mutual agreement and either side can end it.

Set up by mutual agreement: You offer a link, the unit confirms it, and either side can unlink later. No unit is attached without agreeing, and none can be forced to stay.
Rosters and youth details stay private: You never see a unit's roster or the minor details on its forms. Your view is limited to how many of your credits each unit has spent.
Units run their own activities: Each unit posts and manages its own activities, tracks its own signatures, and carries its own emergency packet. You don't sign, publish, or clear on a unit's behalf.
Turn sharing on or off anytime: Credits and forms are independent switches you can flip at any time — and unlinking a unit stops both without disturbing what it has already published.
